The jack enables access into the cup for both thick thin material removal, eliminating wasted downtime between holes. The drill bits are designed with Variable Helix featuring an aggressive 35° Helix Angle ending at 15°. This allows for Rapid Chip Removal, limiting heat buildup to stay sharper longer. The 135° split point drill bit tip delivers a precision start and prevents walking for fast, accurate holes. The titanium coated bits can be used in all drilling applications giving up to 3X life vs. Black Oxide drill bits.
