Soft Touch Holly (Ilex crenata) - Landscape and Garden Shrub - 2.5 Qt

Soft Touch Holly (Ilex crenata) has soft, glossy green leaves with an interesting silver midvein. It produces inconspicuous blooms, which eventually turn to black berries that will last all winter. This Soft Touch garden shrub works well as an accent or border in the landscape, such as by a wall or fence or to separate a driveway from the rest of your yard. When planting it, dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil, then leave the top of the root ball 1/2" above the ground level when filling the hole with soil. Use a slow-release granular fertilizer in the spring.
