CalFlor's® Heavy Duty Engineered and Laminate Flooring Installation Kit is perfect for professionals and do-it-yourselfers. It includes a heavy-duty, tapered, thick pull bar with adjustable-height magnets, a super thick 1"x3"x12" heavy-duty tapping block and 32 -8mm expansion spacers. This kit was created to hold up to many flooring installations with the added benefit of being adaptable for each floating floor job. The Solid Heavy Duty Tapping Block is perfect for installing wood and laminate floors. Simply place against the plank and hit lightly with a hammer, or better yet, use it alone by placing it on the floor and slide-tapping it against the flooring to tighten joints. The Stepped Spacers are used to ensure an equal expansion space around the perimeter of the floating floor during installation. These double-sided, spacers are adjustable to allow for wider or narrower expansion gaps. Use individually or in combination to maintain 1/8" to 3/4" expansion space during installation. These will keep the floor straight even if the wall is not. Hint: most walls are not straight enough for the tolerances required by flooring. Our Adjustable Professional Pull Bar - Works by using 3 magnetic pads in differing combinations to adjust the height of the pull bar to fit most floors from 8mm (5/16") to 20mm (3/4"). This makes it compatible for many different floor thicknesses.
